“The main asset of this hotel is its staff. Juan Fernando the bell man, Miss Trujillo at the front desk, the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant. All of them very friendly. The rooms are huge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is pretty good too.”
“Great , professional and friendly service given by Alexander Zamora and some guys at the Restaurant. Very nice desserts, and cocktails. Some people are really friendly and give you the help and service you need. Btw Pizza was really good , it took a little bit longer to make it but the chef made a special delivery to my room with a delicious tiramisu ! What a treat! I enjoyed both my pizza and the tiramisu! So no complains at all :) Suites are very comfortable, simple and clean. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. Breakfast is really good and yummy. Cable service and internet are really good. Overall stay was really good. My previous stay with my little son was even better. :)”

Christian must correct all other employees deficiencies and especially hotel fault. I want to again thank you Christian for the great job you do at this hotel. So the Christian 5 Stars Hotel is 3 Stars Room was big and bed was good, shower good, kitchen to make some food (minimalistic) 3 Stars Super friendly staff. Friendly staff though many spoke no or little English. 3 Stars Staff during breakfasts very accommodating, very hospitable , and nice. 4 Stars Old fashioned palace style, lots of character. 3 Stars Stylish interior fittings in Gatsby style hotel 3 Stars Very confortable suites and very good value 3 Stars Staff try to help always. 4 Stars Good hotel taxi drivers. 5 Stars”
