“Overraskende i forhold til andre mindre hoteller at der ikke var personale tilstede i åbningstiden. Døren var låst, men en dame så os fra en anden bygning og kom og gav os en nøgle så vi selv kunne finde ind. Til sammenligning vil vi foretrække det gamle Hotel Schneider i Lich, koncept med krostue og personale og 18 Euro billigere for et synes vi bedre produkt.”
