“Unfortunately I can't rate this hotel as we were denied access by gate security as we didn't have a sponsor, something we over looked when we booked it. We drove back to Barstow and found a motel where we were able to stay. I called Fort Irwin hotel and lady on the phone was very pleasant and understanding and cancelled our visit without charge. Was looking forward to staying there but our own fault really but thanks "F-Irwin hotel" for your understanding.”

“For an Army base facility it is good. It is a low-end 3-star, at best, when compared to civilian counterparts. But it is the only show in town if visiting Ft. Irwin, whether PCSing or as a contractor, as it saves you 30 minutes drive both ways compared to staying in Barstow. The breakfast is OK.”
“I wasn't expecting the Hyatt Regency, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it actually was. The hotel was centrally located. The staff was extremely friendly, and the daily breakfast was nice. Also liked the free wifi, and the fact that there was a very nice Starbucks about 200 yards from the back door.”
