“The room was massive - an entrance/dining room with a spare bed and then a bathroom and private master room overlooking the beach with balcony. Dining was brilliant - staff really friendly and keen to ensure your stay was amazing. Reception had toilet facilities with showers in case you are travelling to the airport later on in the day. Small pool overlooking the beach, along with volleyball net and beach bar. Beauty of property is that it's fairly secluded, has an amazingly quiet beach and only a few rooms so it's peaceful. Driver accommodation was fantastic & clean also. Can't recommend this place highly enough.”
“A really nice hotel with a pool to die for! The rooms are facing the sea and pool with a fantastic view (the rooms downstairs give a direct access to the pool and beach). The breakfast is a feast and dinner is great value for money (buffet with heaps of choices), thanks again for this fantastic stay.”

“We enjoyed our beach break at Laya Waves. The staff were friendly, and the beach was perfect for our 8 & 10 years olds - nice, gentle surf to play in that was not too rough. We also enjoyed regular swims in the large pool. It was an easy walk to the public beach at Passikudah and the restaurants and amenities there. The hotel also has a restaurant, but it opened a bit late for our needs.”

“Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft, langer, breiter Strand mit flachem Strand. Alle Zimmer haben direkten Meerblick mit großem Balkon oder Terrasse. Das super nette Personal bemüht sich allem gerecht zu werden. Das Frühstück war als Büffet sehr reichhaltig und bietet auch einheimische Küche.”
“Location right at the beach. Walk 500m and you have the beach completely for yourself ( there are only two hotels right now). The Restaurant was great, service was really looking after you, friendly and engaged. The reastaurant leader luckily also dpeaks good english. Breakfast was great, from pancakes, all different eggs to local food they offer all different things (only coffee does not deserve the nsme...take tea!). Also Dinner was great! Many things to pick and all delicious. (Sometimes they have a buffet for dinner-not sure what this depends on- this we did not try.) Fair prices on softdrings and beer. Spacious rooms”

“Tolle Lage am Anfang der großen Bucht von Kalkudah. Das Meer ist hier deutlich rauher und tiefer als in der Nachbarbucht von Pasikudah. Aber das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind groß komfortabel. Die Aussicht von allen Zimmern aus ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Dingen. Die Küche ist exzellent.Das Frühstück ein Traum. Der Pool ist schön und bietet in der Mittagssonne einen Schattenplatz durch einen Baum.”
