“Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomt door de manager en zijn collega die onze bagage meteen naar binnen bracht. Men vroeg of we interesse hadden in een upgrade van de kamer en terwijl we even in de serre konden wachten, werd de bagage naar de kamer gebracht. Op de kamer lag een persoonlijk hand geschreven briefje afkomstig van de manager/ eigenaar die ons verwelkomde in zijn hotel. Daarnaast een klein doosje met handgemaakte chocolaatjes. De kamer was ruim van opzet en had een uitstekend en ruim bed. S'avonds worden de luiken dicht gedaan waardoor het prettig donker is op de kamer. Het restaurant is van top klasse en maakt gebruik van vele groenten uit eigen tuin. Ik reis voor mijn werk 5 maanden per jaar en heb zelden zo'n persoonlijk betrokken manager (Eric Brial) meegemaakt die continue bezig is om het naar je zin te maken en gespecialiseerd is in kleine details. Hulde !”

Un livre nous a été prêté sur le Mont Saint-Michel, que nous avons lu avec fascinasion. Notre chambre était magnifique avec un confort inégalé. Tout est pensé et soigné. La visite de la ville vaut vraiment la peine. Quel spectacle d'architecture !”
