“The problems were: No receptionist- had to ring a number to get someone to come and open the door they could not speak any English so unable to communicate. Promised champagne only applied if you ate at the restaurant which we didn't want to. Staff only available at the restaurant, concern that there was no one on site if you needed assistance and if the restaurant was closed. Lovely room but spoilt by the lack of assistance. Not a hotel but restaurant with rooms”
“The hotel is beautiful - clean, modern and very comfortable. Our standard room was great - a good size with luxurious bedding , bedding and toiletries. Staff were superb - there when you need them and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the main squares so you get the buzz of the bars and restaurants close by but not the noise.”
