- If you are planning to arrive after 22:00, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure.<br><br>Please note that the hotel does not have a lift.<br><br>For stays of 3 days a kitchenette can be installed upon request in the Family Room, the Large Twin Room with Southern Orientation and Large Double Room with Southern Orientation and costs EUR 28 per day. Please note that guests wishing to use this service must request it at least 1 day before arrival.<br><br>Snacks are not available during summer months.<br><br>Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are an accepted method of payment.

“The facilities were excellent and on a 'bus route into the main town so easy access and no parking problems in the town. Just a short walk into the ancient town and port.”
“The hotel location is good, it's only 3 km from the old town and takes 5 min's drive. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The reception showed us the map of Annecy and helped to book restaurants nearby (with good quality). The room is big and has balcony. Shower water is quite big.”

“We weren't expecting much from this hotel - just a quick stop on a long road trip. I have to say from the moment we parked the car (easy), the hotel sort of surprised us. Very friendly desk manager. Spotless rooms. A/C. Decent balcony. You do have to walk about 15 minutes to get to restaurants and the Lake so the location isn't great, however, it is a good little hotel for a stopover. If you are a fan of The Returned, the Lake Pub is just across the lake and worth a visit. We travelled a long way for that beer!”
