“Food was very good and the owners were very welcoming”
“The highlight is the dinner and breakfast--wonderfully prepared and served. It is located near the freeway which takes away from the ambience, which otherwise would feel like a lovely inn. The WiFi did not work in the room and we were told there had not been previous complaints but we learned later another guest had the same problem and that upgrades were needed for improved service. The rooms were comfortable but it is the restaurant that gets the highest marks.”
“Everything! The owners and staff were charming and couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, the 27 Euros set menu, and it was probably the best meal we've ever had in France, way beyond what we would normally expect for a menu of that price. We had a bottle of local wine and a glass of local brandy after the meal. Both were excellent. A previous reviewer said that the wine was expensive. They have an extensive wine list, starting at 18 Euros per bottle up to whatever amount you may want to pay. Our local white wine was 22 Euros and excellent value for that price. We were told that all the rooms are going to be renovated, starting with two next month. We were perfectly happy with our room as it is now!”

The Hotel rooms are comfortable but need a little more imagination in design and colours; I would pay more for a room of this stature no problem. Great family people who know their catering.”
