“The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a few requests when we made the booking, all of which were met. We also needed a very strict diet for one child who has an illness that makes it impossible for us to eat out without advance planning. The hotel was very accommodating about this. The chef welcomed our box of permitted foods and cooked a delicious meal from it for our son every day. It was clear that he put some effort in these dishes and the results were very much appreciated. The food generally is great with a good price/quality ratio and they have a good more extensive wine list, which goes beyond the local. Most restaurants of this level only offer regional wines.”
