“A family run hotel with the owner and his wife being extremely friendly and accommodating as we'd requested a room with balcony/Terrace, but the air conditioning was only a portable fan, contrary to information on their website. We were eventually given a different room on the third floor (no lift) with proper air conditioning although the bed hadn't been made up. When requesting fresh lemon for my breakfast tea on the first day, they only had lemon juice. However, the following day, fresh lemon appeared. The same thing happened when requesting ice...! The owner spoke very good English and was very helpful with advice on the city centre.”
