“Lovely location right on the Seine. Just refurbished so everything was all very new and clean. Ate in the restaurant just across the square, brasserie de la poste, which was very good indeed.”

“This is a super hotel by the river the manager is very friendly rang us to tell us where we could get the key to get into hotel and our room, we thought this was quite funny as we seemed to be the only people in the hotel when we arrived. The only downside was the fact that the resaurant in the hotel was closed, as are lots of them in France and the two that were open where fully booked . This was nothing to do with the hotel and I would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to all our friends who do travel in France”

“A small bedroom but well-equipped and fine for a couple of nights. The bed was big and really comfortable, the shower was spacious and efficient. A breakfast view to die for! Breakfast pastries cooked on the premises, we think - and beautifully done - crisp, light, super. Catch the "bac" (ferry) across the Seine 100m from the hotel and take the small roads to avoid the Rouen snarl-ups. It runs at least every 10 minutes and, amazingly, there's no charge! The walking path on that side (North of the river) looked wonderful, too, but we didn't have time to use it. If you wanted a location for a special event this could be the perfect place - only a footpath between the hotel and the bank, with the first floor function room having enormous windows which could open completely.”

The room was beyound expectations and we had and amazing view over the Seine and the beautiful village. We decided to eat at the restaturant in the hotel and once again we were impressed with the service, the food and the hospitality. We almost couldn't beleive the experience compared to the costs.”
