- Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport or any other ID with address approved by the Government of India) at the time of check-in, else the property has the right to deny admission. A Pan Card is not acceptable. Foreign guests are required to produce a valid passport and visa.<br><br>Please note that the property does not accept payments by debit cards.<br><br>Please not that guests staying over 24th December night, there is mandatory Gala Dinner charge applicable: INR 2,500/- plus taxes per adult (12 years and above) and INR 1300 plus taxes per child (5 to 12 years) collected at the hotel on arrival (not included in the room rate).<br><br>Guests staying over 31st Dec night, there is mandatory Gala Dinner charge applicable: Rs. 3,000/- plus taxes(28.95%) per adult (12 years and above) and Rs. 1,500 plus taxes (28.95%) per child (5 to 12 Years) Collected at hotel on arrival (Not included in the room rate).<br><br>Also note that till 22nd Dec - 5th Jan 2018 the cancellation policy would be only non refundable for all rate plans.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “our schauffer Mr Nandkishore was really an outstanding person he was the best...HIS DRIVING ACCURACY IS WELL APPRECIATED...HE HAD DETAILED KNOWLEDGE IF CITY... check in was absolutely awesome rooms were neat clean and tidy....we had breakfast which was very elaborate...loved it chef Girwar (HE MAKES A DIFFERENCE) made us laal maas in dinner which was lip smacking and still we recollect the taste of his food...service staff was really awesome.. BAKERY SECTION DISPLAY AS WELL AS CHOICE WAS WIDE LIVE COUNTER WAS ALSO REALLY APPRECIATED...SPA WAS RELAXING OVER ALL WELL TRAINED STAFF .lemon tree is really nice place to stay and a TRUE LEADER ....IN HOSPITALITY WORLD....”
“Staff was very courteous. I ordered milk in my room a few times for my 4 year old kid. In the end, they refused to charge for it saying that it was complementary, this I felt was a really sweet gesture. Parking experience was great, I could just handover the keys and forget. Breakfast buffet was great too.”
