“The room 501 which was initially booked the heating was not working,it was like a cold room. Report it to the receptionist. Another room was provided. It will be amazing if they check the facilities in advance. But more a less the service was good as i was transferred to another room.”

“though, the hotel was a bit out of the way from the main sites, the tram stops are right in front and the public transportation in Prague is fantastic, so nothing was too far away or not accessible. easy access to airport and main train station. the staff was very helpful and accommodating: i was missing towels, which they promptly supplied and they were able to print some documents for me. wifi was worked great. the room was cleaned and re-freshened when requested. the bed was comfortable, but the pillow was flat and hard.”
