“The rooms were fine at first sight, and spotlessly clean. I stayed in a room at the top floor, arrived very late (and was even given an upgrade). Windows were open so the air was fresh, but the room was cold and the heater did not work; I was then given another room, but the heater there did not work either - these were just radiators which had not been serviced for the winter: all it needed was for the air to be let out. Apart from that the breakfast was good (though for the price you would have expected fresh rolls from the bakery).”
