- The gourmet restaurant is open:<br>Monday to Saturday: 19:00 to 22:00<br>Sunday: 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 22:00.<br>The restaurant needs to be booked in advance.<br><br>The brasserie Le V is open: 12:00 to 21:30 every day.<br><br>Swim shorts are not permitted in the spa, guests must wears swim suits or trunks.

“We are an American Danish couple visiting Les Violettes. Probably one of the best hotel stays we ever have had, and we have tried a lot. Beautiful location and hotel itself was very well kept with clean and very nice rooms. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and they did their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Between us we managed a few French words, but absolutely no problem communicating with staff in English. Wellness area well organized and clean. Breakfast perfect and the food in the Brassiere was very good. We will definitely come back.”
