“Location was really convenient, just steps from Marques metro and the Edward VII gardens which are beautiful. If you're up for the walk, it's only 20 minutes from Rossio as well, all downhill so very pleasant. There are a few restaurants just outside the hotel, but the choice is limited especially as the hotel restaurant is not open for dinner. The staff were very helpful here in providing options.”

“The sleeping arrangements were great for us as a family of 4. It allowed us the privacy away from the children in a separate room. The staff at the front desk were so very friendly and welcoming. We asked for an adapter to charge our phones, and the gentlemen didn't have one avaliable. When we arrived from dinner he provided an adaptor to us without being reminded. He was super friendly and helpful.”
