Important Notice
- Please note that from May 22nd to June 11th, the swimming pool will function with limited time-frames and services. Guests booking for those dates will receive the Green Fee without charge and daily shuttles to downtown Bariloche at scheduled times.<br><br>From May 8th to May 21st, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and the changing areas will be closed.<br><br>From May 8th to June 11th, the gym, spa and reading room Cypress will be relocated. The Bridge and TV Room Alerce will be closed.<br><br>Guests should specify at the the time of the reservation which type of bedding they prefer.<br><br>Please note, Credit Card payment using the signature on file method might be applied.<br><br>Llao Llao Hotel & Resort Golf Spa is a smog free hotel. When checking in, guests will be required to sign the Non Smoking Policy and will be informed about the fee that the hotel charges to clean and eliminate smog.<br><br>Please note that the following rooms do not include air conditioning: Double Room with Mountain View, Double Room with Lake View, Standard Double Room, Twin Room with Lake View, Standard Twin Room and Twin Room with Mountain View.<br><br>Should guests require a crib or an extra bed, they must contact the property to check availability. Adding extra bedding options may signify a surcharge.<br><br>Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Service is outstanding (special thanks to Pedro from the Patagonia restaurant and Pablo from the lobby bar area; both are absolutely great). Having lunch or nice tea at the glassed living is a pleasure. Patagonia restaurant is very good. Golf venue is nice and well kept (though I was not able to play due to rain). The bar located at the golf club is a MUST to be visited. Transportation from/to airport was offered at a reasonable price, good service. Thanks to the Manager for the nice welcoming present.”

The hotel restaurants are excellent and there's a local tours agency office on site. And when you exit the hotel driveway, you're on the Circuito Chico, one of the area's most scenic drives.”
“Loved the Llao Llao and highly recommend it. Location is beautiful but important to know that it is WELL out of town so about 35-40 mins drive to town and just under an hour to the airport. For us it was worth it!”
