“The staff were fantastic. We discovered that the room allocated was unsuitable for us as my wife is disabled. I went to the room and it was wonderful with an exceptional view over the city, we were so disappointed not to be able to stay. The staff went to extraordinary lengths to help and when an alternative room could not be found the manager telephoned other hotels until she found us an alternative venue. They gave us a complimentary drink while we waited and waived the normal cancellation fee. We will definitely return to a room on a lower floor and we strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you Milsoms.”
