“Diana greeted us at reception. She was very helpful, and gave us information on the sites to see and recommended restaurants, and other eateries for lunch and dinner. The room was adequate, though a little cramped, but was very clean, and suitable for our needs. No toilet in the room, but there was a shower. We were also able to leave our bags whilst we did a tour, after we had checked out.”

“The staff were amazing; friendly and welcoming. Marcello was amazing always happy to give tips and sent us to some fabulous restaurants. The room was a great size, Clean and had a shower, tv and sink/vanity. Hotel is furnished with gorgeous antiques which we loved & the €5 breakfast is good value. The location is a short walk to all the attractions and we felt safe walking around the area at night and the hotel is very secure. Would stay here again 😊”
“Easy check in and check out. Easy to find. Receptionist let us "check out" the day before we actually left because we were taking an early train the next morning. Clean room and bathroom. Quiet. Ceiling fan was nice.”
“We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect, just about 10 mins on foot to the dome and about as far to the train station. We arrived outside of the check-in hours but with their guidance, self-check-in worked without a problem. Everything was kept clean. The staff were always nice and helpful, especially Diana was a darling to us. She gave out the best recommendations for places to eat, so make sure to ask for her advice if you're a fan of food. We'd love to stay again if we're back in Florence. ”
“We liked that any queries posed through email received fast responses from the hotel. We also liked that they provided us clear instructions to access their hotel out of reception hours. They were accommodating in allowing us to use their common space and leave our backpacks when we arrived earlier than the check in time, and left later than the check out time. Room was cosy and sufficient. The place is always kept clean, so as the common toilets.”
