“Staff were very friendly; Madame was extremely helpful. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was well-appointed. Quiet at night. We ate in the restaurant for all 3 nights of our stay; plenty of variety to meet our needs; an excellent wine list; really good continental breakfast at a very reasonable price. Small spa area in separate annexe of the hotel, although you need your own towels or hire them.”

“Excellent, large, typically French buffet breakfast - took a while to work out what was what, and what to choose, so allow plenty of time! Comfortable room with air-con during heat wave welcome. Lovely garden. Pool and Jacuzzi a big plus. Staff friendly and efficient.”
“When we arrived we were told (in French) that we had asked for one of the premier rooms. In fact we had asked for a room at the back of the hotel as the last time we had stayed there we were in a front room overlooking a busy road and consequently had had a poor night's sleep. However the suite of rooms we were given was on the ground floor and overlooked the beautiful garden. So we accepted the €140 fee instead of the €115 that we were expecting. The evening meal was the best that we experienced in the whole of of our 3 weeks in France - as it was 2 years ago.”
“The welcome, comfortable rooms and fabulous restaurant. We were also alllowed to bring in our small pet which was very welcome since it was very hot and air condition needed. They charged €6 for that but it was worth every penny. Very calm area and nice garden to relax in.The breakfast was brilliant with everything and more and all the staff during the stay were excellent. A definite return.”
