“The staff were very helpful kind and friendly they even did a very early breakfast (which was excellent) on Sunday to allow us to get to the TT before the traffic jams! The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and great wet room shower. The villiage is really nice with a small supermarket/post office and resturant. Sitting on the hotel terrace in the evening with a log brazier sipping wine made my birthday perfect.”
“Great room huge glass sliding door to balcony overlooking gardens. Rooms in a modern annex connected to original house. Staff very friendly, all food dishes explained from Dutch to English without any fuss. Food excellent (if a little pricey), more like a 5* restaurant. If you want peace & quiet this village is the place to go. 30 miles from Assen track.”
