“The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The heating was set to come on as you entered the room as it was cold outside. The staff were really helpful and I was very impressed with them. They allowed us extra time to check out as our train was booked for 4pm. My partner asked for something different at breakfast and his request was carried out immediately in a very friendly manner. The staff make this hotel special to it's guests 10/10!!”

“I loved the tea making facilities. Not only a kettle but a proper teapot to make it in. The beds were comfy and the bed linen was crisp white cotton. The bathroom was luxurious and well-stocked. As far as location, it couldn't be better. I was meeting my publisher at the News Building, which was across the road alongside London Bridge Station and the Shard. The restaurants of Borough Market and the Southbank are a short stroll away. The following morning, it took less than a minute to walk to the taxi rank outside.”
