“The staff were more than helpful. We'd done the moonwalk and late back to the hotel. We asked for a late checkout and was given until 2pm with no hassle! So helpful and I would definitely come back and recommend the hotel. Thank you”

“Waffle station went down well with my children. The consierge were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. I lost my glasses - housekeeping found them and were returned to me. Great Location for London Musuems. Onsite bar and grill were brilliant and the posh takeaway pizza bar was a great touch. Family rooms included 2 proper double beds instead of 1 camp bed and 1 normal bed - so no arguments !!”
