Only 1 child is allowed to stay in the room free of charge. <br><br>LOCAL TAX LAW.<br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%<br>To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).<br>This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

“This was a lovely hotel. Room was large with a great bathroom and really large windows to enjoy the view of the lake. We ate in once and the salmon was beautiful. They have a lovely terrace to watch the sun go down, and a really nice area with settees and a mega log fire. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and we managed to get by fine on the communication front. We also got a dog fix with the 2 girls who are about. There is a small pool and a hot tub if the weather is ok Our sat nav was a bit out and originally took us to the 2km marker, you just need to keep going and it's signed on the left.”
