“Because of our hostess Diana, our stay was most delightful and comfortable. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and to give us information about the area. The atmosphere here was very friendly. The hotel, view, comfort level, and price was outstanding. If Los Milagros were in an urban area you would possibly pay 2 to 3 times as much as what we were charged there. The building, grounds, bed, décor etc. were great. Would stay here again for sure. “Such a personal touch by the owner/operator Philip. He took me across the border to Mexico in his car where we had dinner and he showed me around. That service does not happen too often these days. Well done!”
“Very quaint atmosphere, beautiful decor and super clean. Lovely patio to sit and relax and have a cool drink. Owner very friendly and offered to take us into Mexico to the fair and a restaurant with authentic Mexican food, Mexican border only 3 miles from hotel. My husband and I would definitely go again, also very reasonably priced.”
“If your doing CDT or the Tour Divide and starting or ending at the Columbus border I would highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, and it really feels like home. I was greeted with a cold beer after a long 91mile cycle to end my Tour Divide trip. The owner then took me on a short trip into Mexico for food. Awesome place awesome Staff. ”
“The hotel is a quaint inn in a small border town. It is nicely decorated, free coffee and snacks including homemade carrot cake muffins greeted us in the lobby. The owner and his wife were friendly and helpful.”
