“I arrived from Incheon airport via the airport shuttle and it was so simple and easy to access. I was dead after a 13 hour flight and a good 20 hours traveling and the staff was so nice and helpful. The next morning I needed a taxi and the staff member that helped me was awesome. She called the taxi, waited for it to arrive, helped me load my bags, and directed the driver for me. A+ customer service at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was nice, and the bathroom is spacious and updated. I've stayed here 4 times now and I'll stay again for sure.”
“Friendly staff, close to subway with a lot of food options within a 5 mins walk. Slightly away from the main city Center. There is no room service in the hotel so you will have to dine at their cafe (the only restaurant in the hotel) or outside.”

“The staff at the desk spoke English really well, and answered all the questions I had about the airport shuttle that picked up right in front of the hotel. The room was cozy and had a nice bathroom. Everything was clean though the room was starting to show a little wear and tear in some high traffic areas. Tons of closet space if needed.”
