“Check in and out was very simple. The room was clean, and the water was hot. The hotel was RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM BU-CEE'S! :-D”

When we had a question on the extra charge for the pets, Instead of making me pay and then look for refund later staff just put it on hold until the question was cleared up the next day with Management. After we checked out an item was accidentally Left behind in the Room, call the next day the staff not only went out of their way to located the item with the cleaning crew but mailed it back to us at their expense even thoe I offered to pay the COD. At This point I really wish I had more reasons to make the trip to Madisonville just so I can return to this hotel.”
