“The staff we're a complete joy, very professional and personable! Our 1st night we we're tired after a full day of travel from London, via Eurostar train. We had purchased some cheeses, meats, olives and a baguette from a local deli, of course we forgot the wine. Julien, The assistant manager, noticed this and supplied us with a nice pony bottle of French wine! This is above and beyond customer service! Also a shout out to Fethi for directions to a very nice restaurant. The Hotel location is excellent, very short distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, and Metro station.”
