“I think this is the best service I have ever had at a hotel! We had to stay a few extra days due to the volcano eruption on Bali and we had the best help from the lovely staff and manager at the hotel. They really went the extra mile to discuss possibilities with us, get information and make our stay wonderful - when we got very little info from airline company and insurance company. We even got some free nights from the hotel group that the hotel is part of! The hotel itself is just perfect also. Large, luxurious rooms with a super comfortable bed and beautiful design. It's just the right size - not too big, so it feels personal and also big enough to have it's own spa, and restaurant. Very well positioned in the main street, but quiet at night. Great value for money and very well sought after. We recommend it 100% and will stay here again if we come back to Sanur again!”
