“We had a lovely room with a great bathroom. The air conditioning worked brilliantly and our room and the entire property was kept spotlessly clean. The Wifi was good - it had occasional blips - but overall we were very happy with it. The breakfast included is really good! A lovely fresh fruit platter every day, plus a variety of second options from banana pancakes to eggs and toast. The location is really fantastic as the beach is right on the doorstep. You can swim and snorkel to see turtles and we managed to see baby turtles heading in to the sea one night there too! What really made our stay though was Jeremy and his family. They are fabulous hosts and really made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were genuinely sad to leave! I would thoroughly recommend.”

“Amazing property, very clean and new. It’s quite hard to find at the beginning, as it is not on the main road. That’s actually an advantage, cause you have no noise from the road and surf parties. We spend one night only there, but were impressed but facilities and friendliness of the host and his mother. Highly recommended for couples. Quite and beautiful! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Sanda's Hotel! This hotel is great value for money. Sanda (hotel host) was really nice and helpful, serving us delicious breakfast every morning as well as always helping with advice etc. Not far from the hotel there's a hill which offers breathtaking views of sunsets. Shops, juice bars and access to public transportation is very close. The entire stay was tranquill and relaxing and we really got used to falling asleep and waking up listening to the mighty sounds of the ocean. The beach, which is within a minute walk, btw attracts turtles. We liked to observe and swim with them.”

“Amazing and friendly staff who run the property. Great at giving tips and recommendations. New build (loved the red brick as reminded me of home) Really clean, fresh towels, great AC, quiet (which was most appreciated!). Just perfect. Breakfast plentiful and very filling!! Location is a little way from the main beach In Mirissa but a much nicer and quiet secluded beach is right on your door step! Walk to the main area is 10 minutes or a short cheap Tuk away! ”

“The owners are super friendly and accommodating. We asked, for example, if they could hold breakfast for us until a little later, when we returned from whale watching, and they were happy to do that. The location is fabulous -- on a deserted piece of beach. It feels as though you have the whole slice of beach to yourself. It's a modest guesthouse but designed with very good taste, blending nicely into the beautiful outdoors.”
