“loved the ambience at Maison Perumal. I was travelling with my daughter and was not sure how safe it would be to stay at such a place. However, to my surprise, both of us loved the hotel. Loved to see the rain fall into the center courtyard was amazing. It had such a traditional feel to the hotel. Other than ambience, the hotel staff was wonderful; Went out of the way to help with whatever needed. The food was fresh, and true to the local heritage. Loved the cycle rickshaw tour arranged by hotel. Next time I would take the bullet tour of pondicherry. I also missed the chance to learn how to draw kolam. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone travelling to pondicherry. I plan on coming back to Pondicherry and stay here only.”
