“We were promoted to a bigger room with really nice views of the city and mountains. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. I felt that the hotel was very considerate, ex. there was a string you can pull in the bathroom to hang clothes, an anti-slip floor mat, in the gym there are free towels available. Staff were friendly.”

“一直都很喜歡住比較正統的酒店，過年期間入住兆品主要是價格可接受，又包含早餐跟spa池，到了現場check in服務人員還幫我們升等到新的那棟，真的很開心，房間寬敞有浴缸，隔音也很好，對於睡覺很龜毛的我來說真的很滿意，肚子餓了也可以借腳踏車到附近的店家覓食，晚上還可以到大廳點杯調酒品嚐，隔天的早餐也是很多選擇，餐廳的廁所居然還是免治馬桶，很貼心，總之我非常滿意兆品。”
