“入住前會電話確認大約入住時間，本次入住15F行政套房，大廳接待人員態度很親切，房間裝潢不算新穎但整體乾淨；電梯有樓層門禁，市景View尚可，行政套房還設有獨立交誼廳，十分大氣；義大利進口沐浴用品頗高檔。 有健身房、游泳池與三溫暖(須著泳裝)。 湯村足體會館步行約十分鐘左右，早餐中規中矩，看得出這裡是滿多外國朋友的入住選擇。 地理位置還不錯，隔日退房後要買伴手禮(長崎蛋糕兩間店)的車程都不會太遠。”
“酒店房间比想象中宽敞，两张大床很舒适，每间房提供4人份的用品（虽然我们就2人入住）。周边居民区，可以体验比较台湾当地的生活。每天早上去酒店外面和当地人一起坐着吃早餐，家人最爱的是台式炒面和萝卜糕。酒店附近有家当地很有名的后庄老店，专做爌肉饭排骨饭，人气很旺，味道不错”
