“The location and facilities were excellent. A special thanks to Edel who checked us in. She really looked after us, which was needed after a long day. We will be back.”

“Room was lovely. Ann's so was housekeeping staff...as far as the bar and ordering food was disgraceful after waiting too long for menu, I then approached the bar to ask could I place not only a drink order but also food. While I was awaiting to speak to the waiter/barman, both lounge girls stood at the corner chatting and on phones. This is appalling when paying €140 a room. While working in the same industry for many years I have never come across such slow staff. I will not recommend this hotel in the future.”

“Breakfast was too simple and boring after some days. Bed was comfy. I liked the people who tried to do their best. Like: Ady, Ruth, Edel, Patrick, the polish nightshift guy, Ciara(?) from the restaurant and some of the others(sorry if i forgot you). But their attempts to do a good service was limited due to management issues and the maintenance issues.”

“I used Prestige hairdresser salon and found that to be a fantastic bonus to have in the hotel, you should promote Prestige much more as I would not have know about it untill I rang hotel to query if they had a hairdressers on site, everything else was lovely, friendly pleasent staff.”
