They stored our bags while we went to climb mt kinabalu and went out of their way to assist us when we could barely walk on our return, offering to carry our bags and drying our trainers for us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably one of the best we have had in SE Asia. The location is very close to all local amenities, malls and restaurants there is no need to take a taxi.”
