“Everything. I last stayed at a Mandarin Oriental in 2002 in the Philippines, but this stay was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble they arranged a surprise birthday cake for my wife rose petals in the bath and on the bed and best of all a room upgrade to a suite. Safferia made a wonderful effort to ensure all was perfect and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. All the staff were friendly and helpful and please excuse me if my comments are rather 'gushing' but this must rate as one of our best hotel stays and that says a lot after the many hotels we have stayed in.”
“Great staff, location near big malls, clean and comfortable rooms, shower and bath tub with endless hot water Breakfast is very good with too much verity that you can't try everything in one day Rooms are isolated and you barely hear any noises I got sick and the hotel manager visited me and brought doctor(charged 😁) but then i got a free refreshments and a letter for best wishes”
