“What distinguish an outstanding hotel from a good one is not necessarily how perfect everything is, but how the staff and management handle complains from their customers. Everything was fantastic, and the hotel prepared a welcome cake for my husband's birthday. At one point I noticed the staff wasn't removing used plates from our table at breakfast. The manager, Neil, was extremely courteous and took my feedback very seriously, wrote a card and prepared a little present for us. We never encountered the same problem again. We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay tremendously, will definitely go back.”
