“we were led to believe from booking site that star cross was only a few miles from star cross, as the crow flies this is true but realistically we had to spend 45 mins in the car to go across the river, not funny. hotel messed up our booking tried to rectify and offered a discount, which was fair enough then proceeded on departure to take 2 lots of money from our account, it was returned promptly, but as we know that takes several days to clear. so not a pleasant experience all round. room wasnt ultra clean coffee n tea stains down side of units, grungy mastic round bath, and parking a nightmare.”
