“Exceptional service, we travel all over the world and this hotels service is world class. From the cleaners to the receptionist and managers. Our mattress was soft with a dent and they turned it, next day changed it despite the hotel being at 100% occupancy. We asked for a BBQ and were provided with access to a top of the range stainless steel BBQ. We asked for late checkout as we were flying out late and were given a 1pm checkout, this allowed us to enjoy the pool and when our flight got delayed we opted to stay and have lunch at their restaurant, it was excellent. Facilities were also fantastic, kids loved the pool, the 1-bed apartment fits a family of 4 with small kids comfortably, the coutch was huge like a double bed. We also enjoyed the 24h room service. Well done we will definitely be back.”

“Excellent stay with friends for my 30th birthday! The bungalows overlooking the beach were heaven and we booked the adjoining bungalows which was handy. Staff were super friendly, particularly the room cleaning staff. Facilities were great, we used the balcony BBQ a lot! The cocktail bar for a day by the pool was fab! A complimentary bottle of birthday bubbly was also a special touch :)”
