“A colleague and I were sharing a room (due to a missed plane connection) and we appreciated having a one-bedroom suite so we could each have our own space. Appreciated the airport shuttle too. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was good - right across from the Richmond Centre mall, and across from a big park for a walk in some "green space". And, relative to what else was still available that night, this room was one of the better deals.”

“Bedding was very good; I like the new way of bed cover using a clean sheet rather than the old coverlets---I always wondered when was the last time it had been laundered! I live on the Sunshine Coast and cannot easily get an early morning flight from home without an overnight stay in Richmond, so your hotel has been a good fit for my schedules.”
