Important Notice
- According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.<br><br>All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

“Muy ordenado y limpio. Desayuno muy bueno. Very tidy and clean. Breakfast was great.”
“breakfast is ok. Location very good. Parking available (extra charge) Mini bar ok. Bed is comfortable. Big rooms. Relatively new facilities. Shower has incredible water pressure, you will certainly enjoy it, you can clean an elephant with that amount of pressure. Way better staying here than in sheraton for an over price 4 times higher and 2 blocks away.”

“Well-equipped gym with 3 or 4 ACs. As mentioned in another review the gym can get really cold because of the AC. I asked the staff to turn off and they immediately did. Also one review said that there was no light at the desk. In my room was a brand new desk lamp. Staff was very helpful. Some of them spoke English and the other tried their best and we always find a solution for me. Breakfast was nothing special but everything you need. Safe area and ATMs in walking distance.”

Equipe maravilhosa da pela recepção ao café da manhã....todos são gentis, educados e muito prestativos: Tatiana, Marelê, Natália, Adriana, Joyce e os rapazes Leonardo, Rodrigo e Elias. E, os que pesam no pesado Rafael e Paulo, muitos eficientes. Limpeza 1.000. Camareiras que mais pareciam amigas. O quarto do hotel um dos mais limpos que já vi; e eu viajo pra caramba ! Café da manhã perfeito, tinha até o principal para MINEIRO: O PÃO DE QUEIJO. Internet ótima no quarto. Tudo perfeito. Pena que fica tão longe da minha casa; mas retornando a Porto Alegre tenho que retornar a esse hotel, para rever "alguns amigos" que ali fiz .
