“Awesome hotel! Loved the design of the rooms and location.”
“well, it was my birthday, and around 6 pm the reception call to make sure we were there and came up with a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and an opener.... that was very nice AND the big hot tub :)”
“The rooms were uniquely decorated. Good access to bars and restaurants. Only a couple of blocks from Powell's. We stayed one night in a king suite (ie with a bedroom) and one night in a regular queen. I was a little worried about having the shared bathroom with the queen, but it was totally fine. It's not like a dorm; it looked like there was one bathrooom for every 2 rooms at most, and each bathroom was basically like a bathroom you'd have at home, contained a sink, mirror, toilet and shower. Overall it was pretty private. The bathrooms were all clean and the day I showered in one, the shower was dry and didn't appear to have been used that morning.”
“the location is great, at central Portland, close to everything. and the decoration in the hotel is very nice.”
“This Hotel felt unique and our room was whimsical! The location was close to shops and restaurants.”
“Nice modest rooms with a real old school feel. The communal bathrooms were clean and much more private than we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting us checked in and helping with directions. The location is superb, within half a mile to tons of great attractions!”
“A quirky hotel in the heart of downtown Portland. Not your typical hotel but that is part of the charm if you are looking for something different. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable for our stay. The robes and in-room sink are a nice touch for rooms with a shared bath. Would definitely stay here again!”
“The music themed rooms are creative genius. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was great. We really enjoyed the salt water soaking pool beneath the hotel. The beds were much more comfortable than we expected.”
“The hotel is located next to the popular Pearl district of Portland. The price was quite good for a hotel in the heart of downtown. The aircon was very effective, almost too effective for a small room. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is basically an old pub that has been modernised. Each room is decorated in a rather funky way and each has a name.”
“As a business travel this hotel was sub par. Crappy parking. No tv.Small rooms not to mention the shared bathroom. To eclectic for mytaste. Your totally off my list of places to stay and no recommendationsto third parties. Completely disappointed. Please do not contact me.”
