“Terrible service!!! We arrived at 9 pm after traveling 3 hours and it took another 30 minutes to check in. We were starving and desperate to have a dinner but they told us that the only restaurant is closing at 10 pm. So we asked to book a table nearby but they say we need to go ourselves as they don't take reservations.”
