“The hotel was disgusting! Coffee in cups in my room coffee all over drawers Filthy skirtings and ceilings damp! Would not let my dog stay here! Toilet was not cleaned in the 4 days was there had stains on it when I arrived and were still there when we left. Wet towels left out side room to be picked up were there for our whole stay no one picked them up no house keeping in rooms in 4 nights either”

“Hotel was great, we had ours cancelled 2 days before we was due for my sons birthday to see the luminations. Everywhere was fully booked and we found this hotel which also accept pets. Glad the last one cancelles as we had such a great time and the hotel was clean, friendly and a great location.”

“Booked with Breakfast included, due to management change in June 17 no longer provides food. Owner now running hotel, informed we should have been told that breakfasts ceased, were not, therefore offered us either a discount or free to book another hotel. Accepted the £2.50 per person per night off as after a 6+ hour drive did not wish to start looking for a new hotel. Inside, room was very comfortable, though slightly worn in places. Very clean and great value for money seeing the outstanding location of the hotel in relation to the sea front and town centre. Have no hesitation of staying there again, now I know no food is included.”

“Childrens room was upgraded free of charge although I wasn't told why. They said their room was nice and comfy. Both rooms were clean. Close to the Blackpool tower. The woman who greeted us seemed friendly enough but only seen her once when we booked in. She did say that they had only just taken over from previous owners so this may be why information is out of date.”
