“Contrary to some of the negative reviews I read before going; we found our stay excellent. I think some folk just love a moan. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The venue was clean and comfortable. Yes, there are some renovations going on, but they certainly didn't negatively impact on our visit. Our room was clean, we had plenty towels and the beds are extremely comfortable. The only possible thing we could mildly moan about is only getting two normal teabags on the tea tray. Hardly a massive negative. We will definitely be back.”
