- Please note that the free shuttle to metro station Overamstel runs Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 09:00 and Saturday + Sunday between 09:30 - 10:30.<br><br>Please note that guests are required to show the credit card which has been used to make the booking, upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not travelling along.<br><br>When using the existing bed set-up, children under the age of 12 can stay free of charge. Extra costs apply when extra beds are needed.<br><br>Please note that debit cards can not be used to guarantee the reservation or for pre-payment of non-refundable bookings. “We were upgraded on arrival to newly decorated rooms with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water in the fridges. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. A short walk away from the metro station, we bought the 48 hr. tickets at the hotel for the same price as from the station and these were excellent value for money. 15 mins ride into central Amsterdam was quick and easy. Didn't have the breakfast as thought the price was a bit steep at 18 euro's per head, so cant comment on the quality. The on site shop is an excellent idea for those late night snacky moments, try the white chocolate peanut butter cups, heavenly, good crisps too”
