“quiet and comfortable .....friendly staff nice bar area”
“This stay was part of my "Biking to Poland" trip from 16th to 24th Belgium to Poland. Saturday I had technical problems and needed a Bike shop (to repair my chaine). The staff at the reception found within minutes a person where I could pass on this Saturday afternoon, for this one super many thank to Miss Tierbach. Everything worked and the next day I could continue my journey. SUPER SERVICE !”

“Wir sind in der Nacht angereist und haben spontan nachgefragt, ob ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer vorhanden sei. Und wir hatten Glück . Es war alles kein Problem . Somit waren die Tage so viel entspannter, selbst beim Frühstück war es möglich, dass das Buffet auch mit Rollstuhl ohne Probleme zu genießen war. Das Personal, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit , war immer freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und vor allem hatte man das Gefühl das Nichts zu viel sei.”
“Die Damen vom Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen wurden zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Die Sauna war am Anreisetag aufgeheizt und es gab die Möglichkeit sich kostenlos in der Schwimmhalle (außerhalb des Hotels) auf den 50m Bahnen zu betätigen. War den Aufenthalt wert. Auch der abendliche Aufenthalt in der Hotelbar wurde durch selbst kreierte Cocktails und das freundliche Personal genossen.”
