Important Notice
- Please note that in order to stay at the hotel, you must have a valid flight ticket for travel the next day and a valid ID. The ticket needs to be for a departure.<br><br>Please note that check in is possible from 20:00.<br><br>The hotel is located in the transit area of Lounge 3 opposite to the KLM Crown Lounge. To reach the hotel from outside the airport, please proceed to departure hall 3 and pass customs on the 2nd floor above check-in desks 22 and 23. After guests turn right and you will find the hotel.<br><br>Please note that guests are not able to access the hotel with hold luggage, while we are located in the secured area of the airport. If there are any questions concerning this fact, please contact the hotel for more information.

“I had a 6 am flight and did online checkin, which allowed me to get up 45 minutes before take off, because the hotel is after security and customs. This is only true when you have only handluggage !”

“I like the fact there is an airport on the other side of immigration, but staff at the airport directed us through immigration, and outside to a taxi, whereby we ended up paying for a 50 EUR ride to the WRONG branch! Even when we went back in, staff did not know this place existed, until we insisted it was there. So here is the lesson - if someone checks your passport - YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR. As soon as you get off the plane, look for the hotel. It is adjacent to the KLM Business lounge (with all the little houses displayed). Do. Not. Pass. Immigration. The main reason to use this hotel, is for a sleep on a long layover. If you need more, the lovely Sheraton is right outside the airport exit, with its wonderful restaurant (or the Hilton, to be fair, but it is a little further).”

I arrived late in the evening and had a flight at 06:50 the following morning and for such a transfer, the location (inside security at the airport) could not be better (except that this one is outside Schengen so had to go through passport control in the morning and that line can be long. Special (short) line for EU-citizens, though).”
