“That the staff had thought about cyclists staying on this particular weekend and opening the breakfast early.”
“Location was very close to one of the Télésièges, and the hotel was one of highest ones of all hotels so views were very nice!”
“breakfast very complete, diner perfect, rooms ,....”
“Food excellent with lots of variety. Convenience of ski-hire, boot lockers & closeness to Village chairlift meant more time could be spent skiing. Staff were consistently helpful, particularly Noemi. She arranged private ski tuition for us with ESF when I'd been struggling to get a response. Restaurant staff also wonderful.”
“Ski and boot store allocation for each room, and everyone was friendly and the ski lift was outside the rear of the hotel.”
“Meals were good - as a buffet it did mean that you could decide quantities if you were very hungry!! Choice was ok and you could usually find something to eat - if you didn't like what was on offer, no alternative menu. Chef replenished the dishes frequently, food rarely standing for a long time”
“The staff was awesome! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and offered a large selection with made to order omelets, all types of fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, pasteries and even honey that you scrape from the comb! Dinner was good, with the menu changing daily. The dining room was nice and well serviced. Our room was large and had enough room to sleep 5 and had a balcony overlooking the mountains. The bathroom seemed to have been remodeled. The hotel is near a ski lift and it provides storage for your equipment. There is also ski rental very nearby and a shuttle runs down to the town. Did I mention that the staff was great?”
“The ease of access to parking, skislopes and ski storage facility”
“Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the room. Close to the ski lift and bus stop easily accessible”
“The staff at this hotel are exceptional. We had great service. We took the demi-pension and were very pleased with the breakfasts and the dinners. The bar was a comfortable place to wait for dinner, to meet friends, or to relax after skiing.”
