“Central location, lovely views of the city/river and cheap 24 hour parking”
“The restaurant staff were very friendly and seated me, a solo traveller, at tables where I could see the river. In many hotels we get placed in horrible spots away from the views because we are on our own. All the food was good to great. I was pleased to see a good range of ages amongst the employees. Room clean, lots of attention to details, e.g. rubber mat for bath; decor through out nice and not suffering too much from marks that are inevitable in hotels.”

“WE HAD AN UPGRADE to the Suite which NEVER happens to us, we were delighted. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The waiter young and older! were so friendly during our evening meal, which was fantastic value and lovely (with a free bottle of wine) . Breakfast superb! BEST HOTEL ever, Liverpool is such a lovely place, hotel right at the edge of shopping mall, arena (15min walk along the Mersey), Liverbuildings right by and short walk to the Albert Dock which was very christmassy. Ice rink across the road and christmas fair.”
“The hotel was nice in great location. If you take the toll in make sure you take the left turning under the toll as we missed it and had to pay to go in then out again. Prepare for the sat nav to get confused but once there was lovley nice big rooms comfy bed clean bathroom.”
